Halo Hospitality was been managing Short Term Rentals in Knoxville since early 2015. Since then we have owned and managed over 70 different properties across the city in a variety of property types and locations. As the industry has grown and evolved, so have we. We are proud to be the only Knoxville Management company that is a member of the National Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA).

  • We loved this place!! Looks exactly like the pictures, very clean, organized. Check in and check out were quick and easy and the hosts answered any questions we had very quickly. We had 4 people so 2 of us slept upstairs and the other 2 downstairs on the provided air mattress and pull out futon. Everyone was comfortable and there were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc. I will say the upstairs with the bed was warmer than downstairs (just the natural heat rising) but there was a fan in the closet that worked fine to keep us cool at night. The location was great, quick walk to market square, even quicker walk to the old city area. The door was a little tricky to get open sometimes so if you’re going out at night, make sure you have that figured out before coming back in the dark. 10/10 experience, would completely recommend this location. We parked in the state street garage down the road (free on weekends) and had no problem there.

  • Beautifully outfitted home centrally located and accessible to all things Knoxville. We stayed for our daughter’s graduation from UT and it was perfect. Walkable to Market Square and Old City. Would absolutely stay here again.
